Renee was highly recommended by a friend who lived in town and after my first in-person meeting other family members interviewed her via conference calls. We asked for a service/listing proposal and it arrived quickly. The proposal was extremely detailed and she incorporated items that family members requested like no on-property signage. Then COVID-19 happened. Renee was terrific in counseling us on how to navigate the sales process as rules and buyer mindset were changing on a regular basis. Once an offer was on the table, she negotiated on our behalf and provided very good insights into the perspective of the buyer's housing situation. She has a terrific team of specialists who were assigned to us to help us with the necessary items to get to the closing. She also provided information on real estate lawyers and her team helped us coordinate meetings with the closing attorney. The closing was successfully completed on June 2nd.
