We were having a tough time finding a house let alone a good, reliable realtor until Rich reached out to us. The first day we met him he found us the perfect home & helped us write a contract. Not only did he make sure that process was quick and easy, he made it possible for us to move in sooner than our original closing date!!! He made sure to keep us very updated throughout the entire process and made sure we were benefited to the best of his ability. He is very friendly and kindhearted! He also made us a personalized sign for our very first home! Very recommended!

This is the 3rd real estate transaction I have had with Rich. He talks a BIG game and not only does he deliver he over delivers. As most people, when I want something I want it NOW. We met for lunch and signed some documents. By the time I got home he already had 8 viewings lined up and by 10AM the next morning 2 offers. He continues to amaze every time.

Outstanding service to my needs for both selling and buying. He was able to listen to me as his client and gave attention and direction to what; as a buyer; I was looking for. He showed me a variety of homes, that fit my criteria, very patient and personable always. Directed me as to putting my present home for sale for a good market value. Made the showings of my home at my convenience, so there was no stress on me as the owner. Due to his being available to me; either by text or by phone always; and by appointment also. We were able to find, just the right home, I loved and bought. Also, he was able to; through coordinated showings; get my home sold for my asking price. Rich, was very attentive and very fast to respond to any requests we made. Before closing on our property, we had already recommended him to several friends and family members. I not only gained a great Realtor contact, but a friend. His upfront and honest approach to all homes we looked at was comforting. We know that salesman only want sales. However, Rich is no salesman, the very first house he showed us, he arrived several minutes earlier, walked the home and as soon as we walked in, he pointed out the faults he recognized in the home. After that I knew that I would be able to trust him with finding my family the perfect home and would keep an eye out for our best interests.

Rich went above and beyond! The entire Gailey team made finding and purchasing our new home in Florida when relocating from New Jersey a very smooth and seamless experience. Rich helped us buy our dream home. He is one of the BEST realtors out there. I would hands down recommend him to anyone. If you want a realtor that knows his stuff, that will be completely honest with you and will fight anyone to get you the best possible deal, then Rich is your realtor. My husband is a disabled veteran and doesn't trust many people and he trusted Rich right away. Don't look for another realtor because he is the only one you need.

I've known Rich since we were kids. He's always had incredible energy and incredible people skills. After our parents passed away, we needed to sell their home in Chiefland, FL. None of the kids/grandkids lived anywhere near there and we had no reason to keep it. I've watched Rich sell multi-million dollar homes really fast. I thought he might not give our little $150k home the attention it needed to sell - especially since it was so far from his office and there wasn't nearly as big a commission as those million dollar homes. I couldn't have been more wrong!!! This guy busted his butt to sell this house. He made the drive over and over again to show it. Helped us work through a ton of issues that kept coming up until everyone was resolved so that we could sell. Rich still has the energy and enthusiasm that I remember from our childhood. He's just channeling it now to help people in a different way. I wish he would open an office in NC. I pastor a 1200 member congregation near FT Bragg. I'd recommend all my parishioners use him - going and coming. The guy is a master in the housing market. Our family could not be more happy with the work ethic and relentless approach he took to help us sell our parents home. The best I've ever worked with - hands down.
