- Robert helped me buy a home
Robert was very nice but the fact that this was our first time buying a house we had no Idea what to look for. We looked at several and even tried to buy some but when we got to this house it looked like it was redone top notch! And since we had struck out on others we were informed by Robert that we should go ahead and make a offer for the asking price WITH OUT having the house inspected. well the house real bad termite damage and the floors are collapsing. It will cost us over 20k maybe 30k to fix it before we sell it. We also lost out on a rebate that we could have gotten if the paperwork was submitted by his office a 10K loss. Roberts a very nice guy but I think he meant well but I don't feel that we were looked after by our Agent!

We had a very difficult situation and he was so professional, assertive but "easy going"; made everything go smoothly
- Robert and I connected, but did no business
He has a really rude personality. He thinks only about his commission, can not make an empathy nor customer satisfaction. I strongly NOT recommend him.
