Bob is the absolute best!! He was very patient in working with out of state clients. He went the extra mile more times than I can even count. When things got weird with delays from our lender, he was right there with us lending his assistance and advice. He took a genuine interest in the welfare of our daughter who would be the primary resident in the home and gave us great advice every step of the way! If you want an agent who will listen to what you want and be your advocate at every turn, this is your man! By the close on our home, I felt like Bob was a part of the family. I will always use and recommend Bob for any real estate needs in Colorado. Just wish if I ever wanted to sell my home in Texas that he could be the agent! This man is amazing! He has been so helpful and informative through the process of buying our first home. He went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. I know if i had went with another realtor i would not be typing this review from our own dining room! We had a deadline to meet, and he put in his personal time to make sure we closed on our home by that deadline. He made us feel like he cared about as a family, which is rare. He is not only an amazing realtor but a wonderful human with a heart of gold. He has been there for us from helping us with our loan, helping us find a home, and then helping with things in our new home. He was always available when we called, worked with our schedule and answered every question we had. Even after moving in, if i call him he's available. I cant express enough what a joy working with Bob has been and i highly recommend him to all my family/friends and any home buyer!
