Rona Asman

This is a right to acknowledge Rona Asman. My husband and I decided to purchase a mountain home in NE Georgia. We have been coming up there for over forty years and love the mountains. I saw a home of interest and called on it. The realtor was in Atlanta so he referred me to a realtor closer to NE Georgia. That realtor was Rona Asman with Century 21. She is fantastic! From the very start she had out backs. She checked out the house that we were interested in and we immediately realized that was not the house for us. She then came up with several alternative homes to show us. We actually fell in love with the first house she showed us. From that point on she guided through the process. There were many things that she checked into that would have never crossed out minds. She worked with our lender (which was a challenge), the Seller realtor, and the lawyer in charge of closing. In addition, she was there for the inspection, the septic tank pumping and the well water sampling. All to make sure that we bought a home that was in shape. We have never worked with a person more professional and efficient as Rona. She is an asset to Century 21 and deserves recognition. Because of Rona we would not hesitate to recommend Century 21 to our family and friends.

Rona Asman made my home buying experience go very smoothly from start to finish. She was super attentive and always answered the phone and responded very quickly to my emails. She was very pleasant and helpful thru the whole process. She has continued to help me with a referral for an electrician and Heating and Air person. She even referred me to a Century 21 Realtor in Tennessee to help me sell my land. If you had a column for Super Excellent, Rona Asman would have received those marks. I prayed about the home and I know that God hand picked Rona to be my Realtor. She's the BEST! :)

Rona Asman went out of her way to show me a property on very short notice, and was willing to draw up a sale contract that same day. I bought the house and I am more that satisfied with her knowledge and skills. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
