Rosalyn was fantastic to work with. We moved in from out of the area and Rosalyn spent a lot of extra time with us to make sure we made a smart choice on where to live. She quickly understood what our requirements were in a new home. She recognized when we were getting impatient with the process are ready to compromise. Rosalyn nudged us back on track and politely reminded us what we were looking for. Her eye for detail is excellent. She was great at pointing out potential problems in the houses as we toured. We really enjoyed working with Rosalyn and would highly recommend her to any home buyer.

Rosalyn is simply the best! Why? Because she masters what she does. Because this was our first house, I confess, I was absolutely terrified. Plus, we found the house on the first day! Lots of different feelings and emotions going on that day. But, we met Rosalyn, and she made the difference.. We don't even know where to start to talk about how absolutely phenomenally wonderful she is. THANK YOU, Rosalyn, you made the process so steam-lined and easy. We had such a great time knowing you as our agent as well as people! You are so friendly and attentive to details at the same time. I was feeling a little bit bad by the time we went to see our 20th listing and all the houses were starting to blend together and we still hadn't found the right place. Rosalyn did not rush us even a little bit and always met us at each listing with a great smile and even greater attitude! Once we found the house and went under contract, Rosalyn was so on top of things from the get go and made sure our interests were well protected. She helped us determine the right price to counter and things to ask for during closing. Her connections with contractors, home inspectors and structural engineers came really handy to make sure things were completed on time during the due diligence period. Her recommendation for the mortgage company made the finance part of the process a walk in the park. We cannot possibly imagine being able to navigate through the process without Rosalyn!

Rosalyn has exceeded our expectations. She's been very professional during our entire 8 months of house hunting. Very candid and experienced in real estate negotiations. I like that she's very unbiased in regards to the house we've looked at and incorporated our needs first. A pleasure to work with.
