So Russ helped me buy my first house, and I don't think I could have had a better experience. The first realtor I was working with just didn't want to deal with things in my price range and was unwilling to provide the time, effort, or patience that I knew I was looking for. Russ was quite the opposite. He was able to guide me through every single last step of the home buying process with extreme detail and did it in a very efficient manor. He truly does have a way with people that will make you feel 100% comfortable without any feelings of pressure. It's not just his demeanor, but his knowledge of every aspect of the business that contributed to my comfort during the whole process of buying my first home. Excellent at communicating with the the lenders, the appraisers, the law office who was doing the title work, and any other contact that was necessary to get me to closing. Russ was there to make sure they were always on the same page as us. If you really want to have the feeling that your realtor is really working for you and your home goals, with your best interests in mind, then Russ is absolutely your man.

Russ is a true professional who went above and beyond what we expected. He patiently helped us with finding the right home through the uncertainties that the market has been going through for the past three months. He listened to our concerns about the market and gave us the market trends and updates every two weeks so we could stay informed. We went to see over 35 properties and he happily gave us a tour and the run down of each house to make sure we had all the available data. He took the time to get to know my family and what was important to us so he could better assist us with our search. We always felt that he had our best interests in mind and never rushed us to make any decisions. Russ had the perfect personality and experience to give us insight into the property along with the neighborhood. He would always point out things (both positive and negative) that we didn’t even think about. I am confident in saying that Russ displays the best practice in the business and nobody would regret having him on their team.
