The worst!! The rating system on this site assumes that the realtor "excelled" in something. They don't have a clue! Took over four months to close, because the builder didn't own the property. As far as I know, that's a crime. The delays caused me to lose my Homestead exemption for the year, higher interest rate (lost my rate lock), and most of all...the property tax is through the roof. Fair warning!!
