It was an amazing experience. I was working with another agent prior to being referred to Ryan. The experience was dreadful. The agent would not keep appointments and over a month had passed and I'd not seen a house. Ryan took the ball and ran with it. He stayed in touch with me on a consistent basis. set up a portal so that I could view homes from my house to make an informative decision. He guided me through the entire process and it became quite apparent that he was working in my best interest. Ryan is a great person to have in your corner if you are shopping for a home.

When my husband and I decided to purchase a house it started off really rough, our first agent ditched us because we were not willing to immediately max out on our approval amount and our mortgage broker was very hard to get in contact with. At the time we found Ryan I was very pregnant, working full time and doing my masters degree. Ryan took care of EVERYTHING!! He is very professional and diligent. He knows his craft very very well and puts you at ease about everything. He also has an awesome network. He is very easy to get along with and very PATIENT!!!! Did I mention that he is very patient and very accessible, I really admire this about him. The kids as well as my husband got along with him as if they were brothers.
