My wife and I hired Sandy as our REALTOR in the summer of 2010. Our first impression of Sandy was outstanding. She met us on a moments notice and showed us a property right away. Sandy asked us very detailed questions and tailored our home buying experience to the exact needs of our family. Sandy also offered great advice on the issues we would face with a certain property versus other types of properties. We have been in our new home now for six months. Sandy did a great job in helping us find the best fit for us.

We've dealt with numerous realtors over the years and Sandy, quite frankly, is the cream of the crop. She's knowledgeable, responsive, fair, and honest - and simply a joy to work with. I found Sandy while I was looking at properties online. From the beginning Sandy made it clear that she was always available to talk through situations, and look into properties that I was interested in. Originally I was looking to buy from out of state which didn't seem to matter to her. On a random sunday I found a property that looked like it may work. I emailed Sandy, asking her to look into it for me and after a short while she had details on the property after contacting the listing agent. I didn't expect this kind of response on a Sunday afternoon but I got it. We eventually closed on a condo, and things have worked out great. I was mostly impressed by the negotiating and communicating skills with other realtors, making her easy to work with. This in turn seemed to make the negotiating process go much smoother. I recommend you give her a call, buying or selling. Also, I received a couple follow-up contacts from Sandy to see how I was doing after the close date which was nice. -

We lived in Henderson NV, as out of town buyers we depended on Sandy for her expertise and opinion and knowledge of the area she found us a great house in castle rock co. and the transaction was completed in about 30 days without a hitch.
