I could not have imagined choosing agents other than Sebastian and Richard. The most competent and capable realtor Ive ever met!!! Sebastian knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. We had a property listed with another agent without much progress for 6 months, later talking to a friend who got top dollar for her place in Sherman oaks with his help I decided to give Sebastian a try. I must say glad I did very shortly he created a great media campaign from 3D walk through to professional photos and flow layout.
