Shannyn has lived in Wisconsin most of her life and calls the Chippewa Valley home. After graduating from Chippewa Falls High School in 1999, she attended UWEC, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Business Administration. After college, Shannyn worked in retail bank management until she discovered her passion for real estate. She earned her Wisconsin real estate salesperson license in 2009 and a Wisconsin Broker license in 2013. Shannyn started at a local independent firm and then spent over 5 years as the lead real estate broker for a local homebuilder & developer.
