I am an agent myself and owned a handful of residential properties that I wanted to sell, but didn't have the time to do it personally. Wow. Let me guarantee you, McCarthy Group Realtors will get my business the next time I buy or sell! What a costly mistake I made when I didnt go with the McCarthy Group. Not having the right Realtor cost me emotionally and financially. I lost over $25,000 on my sale, finding out after the closing that the buyer was ready to pay full asking price! We used McCarthy Group Realtors for the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new one. Shaun, Stephanie, and Peggy worked so well as a team during the entire process. Their communication was great. We received weekly updates while our house was on the market. After we had a buyer, we only had a few weeks to find a new house. Shaun and Stephanie were able to find a house that met all of our needs. It wasn't easy organizing the act of sale and new purchase on the same day, but they managed it very well. If a problem arose, they called to let us know but also had a solution ready. We would definitely use them again in the future if the need arose.
