This property was being sold in Georgia and the majority of my time was being spent in South Carolina so we also had that to contend with because there were so many things that needed to be handled by me in Georgia but we always worked together and figured out a way.Sheila had my property under contract almost immediately. The closing process took about 8 weeks because of the very special and complicated circumstances that in complete honesty I think only a very select few realtors could have handled and executed with success. I do not know how to adequately explain what all had to be done to close this sale but I will tell you I believe if I had been with any other realtor and team that it likely would not have happened. It was definitely one for the books. It should be taught in real estate classes (an advanced class after they've earned their license).Simply put Sheila is outstanding! She is a beautiful, articulate, well informed, professional beast at what she does and in real estate, that's who I want in my corner. I highly recommend her (even before she handled this property for me) to everyone regardless of who they are because I believe in her skills and her ethics. I will contact Sheila for all of my South Carolina and Georgia real estate business.This experience was indeed challenging on many levels but when I tell you I learned so much. I actually completed real estate education course in SC but did not take the exam for my license. This one sale taught me more than anything I learned in my coursework. As difficult as it was at times and with conditions and circumstances constantly changing, so many moving parts and entities involved, this overall experience was one I am grateful to have been involved in not only because it finished successfully but because I was involved in and/or witnessed everything it took to make it succeed. Absolutely amazing. I truly can't make you understand, it was incredible and I could not imagine a better realtor for the job than Sheila.
