But she explained the benefits of posting my house right then, and knowing the neighborhood so well, she said she felt very confident of a sale before end of year. Well, she was right!!! She got my house sold on the first open house - 1 week after it was listed! And at a price I was VERY happy with. She not only helped me sell it FAST, but also helped with staging it inside for sale...at no cost. All great ideas. She held my hand all through escrow which I appreciated because I didn't know what to expect. All of her extra perks and expertise really made a difference in making my sale such a smooth process!
