Paige was recommended to me by someone who knows him professionally, so I hired him to manage our unsold house as a rental property. When the renters moved out, Paige coached me on what to do to ready the home for sale, and did a great job of positioning the property on the Internet. We had two offers in 30 days. The first time, with a different Realtor, it was on the market for six months without a single offer. Paige was great on the negotiations with the buyer, and reassured us throughout the process.
