Steve did an excellent job and remained very patient while helping me for period of over six months. He was honest in his accessment of properties and in the end helped me find the right home for me. He connected me with an excellent inspector and solid mortgage company. I have recommended Steve to others and would use his services again in the future.

I sold my home in Newnan, GA after moving to Florida. A long distance sale is a scary thing but Steve was amazing. I kept asking if I needed to come up there but he said no, that if I needed to he would let me know. I never needed to make the trip. He oversaw everything from checking on contractors I had hired to closing. Even when he was sick with the flu, he kept contact with me. If I were to move in the area again, he would be the person I called to find the perfect home.
