I am very grateful to have Steve Spiro as my real estate agent. I live in northern California and Stevehelped me buy a house in southern California. It is my first time buying a house. I am excited but alsonervous because I dont have a clue what to do. But Steve was there to guide me every step of the way.He explained every process to me and answered all my questions. He arranged the home inspectionand other things in a timely manner. He checks in with my lender for updates on the appraisal and myloan approval.
