Suneet Agarwal

In October of this year, my wife and I decided that we wanted to sell our home in West Sacramento and buy a new one in the same area. We knew that we were going to need help navigating the process and that we would need a strong, knowledgeable, and friendly real estate agent. My grandmother had just purchased a home in the area and recommended the agent she used, Suneet "Sonny" Agarwal from Best Sac Homes. My wife and I decided to meet with Suneet since he came highly recommended from my grandmother. When we met with Suneet, we instantly liked him. He seemed to be really knowledgeable of the local market, and committed to getting us a fair price for the sale of our house. Throughout the process of selling our home, Suneet was very communicative with us in letting us know what interest there was and what he thought of offers that we received. Our house was on the market just over a week before we accepted an offer. In that time, we had two open houses, both of which went smoothly.Once our house was in escrow, Suneet immediately started helping us find a new home. We met with Suneet to give him an idea of what we wanted in a new home and when we went to go look at homes, Suneet made sure to first do some research on each house, print out the information, and provide it to us so that we could take notes as we walked the houses. Luckily after about a week, we found the home that we wanted to buy. Suneet immediately went to work with talking to the sellers agent and submitting our offer. While we were in escrow, Suneet was very responsive to any of my wifes and my questions, as well as with any issues that came up during the process.At the end of both selling our home and buying a new one, my wife and I were very happy with the service we have received from Suneet and the Best Sac Homes team. Everyone was very professional and friendly in all of our interactions. We cant thank Suneet and his team enough for guiding us through this process and getting us into our new home!!
