Susan is FANTASTIC! Whatever your price range, Susan really listens to what you are looking for and, when you go house-hunting, she carefully gets a sense of what style home you like, what part of town you would like to be in, etc. Her colleagues will also be with you at EVERY step of the way. When helping you sell your home, Susan gives you an excellent sense of the realistic market value, depending on how much (if any) upgrades you would like to (and can afford) to do. She helps you stage your home to get the best deal possible (and even loaned us various pictures, furniture, etc). lastly, Susan's personal qualities make her fun, relatable, and trustworthy. I have a story for every criteria below. We've bought two houses in different price ranges with Susan and we sold one for more than we ever thought we could.
