I recently retired. I was an elementary school teacher in Palos Verdes. Years ago, Suzannes son was in my class. During that time, Suzanne would volunteer in the classroom and thats how I became friends with her and learned that she was a realtor. Years later, when I was selling a home, I called Suzanne. Suzanne did a great job of selling my mom's place in RPV for a great price and with little work on my part. My mom's house needed quite a bit of work and Suzanne worked with me seamlessly to hire high quality folks to come in and do the work for a reasonable price and without any surprises.
