I moved to Idaho Falls just over two years ago, not knowing exactly which part of town I wanted to live in I decided to rent. Turned out that I loved the neighborhood I was in and I was content to stay put for quite some time. Then I get a call from my Landlord that he wanted to sell. My business was crazy busy, my kids had me running in 5 different directions, I did not know where to start and I didnt have much time to figure it out. I decided it was time to buy but I needed a Realtor. I made a phone call to a Realtor I had briefly met and she had so many things going on that she was not going to be able to help me. I am so grateful that she referred me to you!Tanyan, I just want to say thank you! You were so patient while I looked at at least 50 homes, sometimes more than once, at times with all my children in tow! You took the time to listen to my needs and wants and were great when it came to scheduling appointments so that I could make the most of my time and look at only the properties that were perfect for me and my family. You were prompt when it came to getting my questions about properties answered and very knowledgable about all things relating to buying and selling in Idaho.When I finally found the home I wanted you were instrumental in helping me find all of the people I needed to know to get the deal closed and get moved, in right down to the movers! Buying a home is stressful, buying a home as a single mother who is running a business and trying to keep up with all of the kids, their school schedules and activities is even more stressful.
