Ted Paulin

Ted is a fifth generation Palo Alto native. He has followed in the footsteps of many of his family members who have been involved in the real estate business, from construction and development to lending. His in-depth knowledge of the community and school system enables Ted to be an excellent resource and asset to young families or to those wanting to invest in the area. Prior to directing his energies to real estate, Ted spent many years as a sports massage therapist. He has also been a rental property owner, manager and investor for over 20 years. As many of his clients have realized through the years, Ted strives for excellence in everything he does. He is committed to diligence, integrity and extraordinary service. Ted lives in Menlo Park with his wife and two children. As a sports enthusiast, he particularly enjoys cycling, tennis and soccer.
