Two days after visiting my property she delivered a comprehensive comparative analysis of competing properties in my neighborhood and the greater Weston area, proposed practical steps to enhance the value and marketability of the property, and helped develop a realistic Listing Price. Within two week after I contracted her services, she had arranged for a professional video profile of my Condo, positioned that profile on MLS, and had held an Open House. Three days later my Condo was sold within 1.3% of the Listing Price. From that point through the Closing Date, Teresa smoothly quarterbacked the activity between Seller, Buyer, respective closing agents and the Association.
