We are first time home buyers. We met Peter Searcy at one of the open houses. Peter was approachable, friendly, professional, and most importantly experienced and knowledgeable. After a couple of follow ups we decided to move ahead with Peter. He is extremely quick to respond to texts and returned our calls all the time! Responsiveness one of the most important things to us as buyers while looking for an agent. We have met with a lot of agents and no one was close to being as good as Peter. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us multiple properties before we ended up with the One. We had to put in a blind offer on our house because of several circumstances. Being first time home buyers, we were initially not comfortable with the idea of a blind offer on a 100 year old home, but, Peter explained to us the entire process and we were comfortable with that move. We're glad we did! There were a lot of complications right throughout the process from the day of offer acceptance until closing. However, he did some heavy hand holding right throughout the process and tackled all the problems tactfully and made the process as smooth as possible for us! Peter was honest with his recommendations and suggestions and made sure we aren't making any wrong moves. Also, after offer acceptance, he was able to negotiate the price down and we got a good chunk back towards closing. So, that's a win! Kristina took care of most of the paper work in the back office and she was very responsive and thorough as well! We would definitely choose Peter Searcy as our agent for our future investments and would definitely recommend him and the Seeby Group to our friends!

John Prather did an excellent job finding and helping my wife and I close on our first house! John shows up to each house viewing early so you never have to wait for him. John always dresses professionally and walks the house with you each time. John is open to giving his honest opinion on house price vs what the seller is offering the house for and is a good negotiator.
