William and Teri Hooper are awesome! They sold our townhouse in Claremont and helped us purchase a single family home in San Dimas. They go above and beyond to make the whole process run smoothly. They are very knowledgeable of the area and the comps and got us top dollar for our townhouse. When it came time to make repairs on our home before we moved William helped us make the repairs and found us the best price for the additional repairs we needed! When we had a bad appraisal Teri negotiated with the other realtor and buyer to get us our original price. When we found the new home we wanted she found us what we were looking for on our terms. She diligently worked with the other agent to get us the home we wanted! During the whole process they were easily accessible through phone, email or text. We just can't express enough how amazing they both were. From the very beginning we just felt that we were in great hands and that they were an answer to prayer. All of their work and effort made such a huge difference and when we talk about them to our friends and family they would always be blown away with how above and beyond they went for us. The first time they came to our house and we had our intro meeting we knew that they were the realtors for us. William and Teri are such a great team. They had really done their research for the local comps and knew exactly what to list our house at. They were so confident and worked so hard for us the entire time. When it was time to cover the couple things that we has on our repair list one of the things was install and new garage door motor with the sensors at the bottom of the door, William came in on a Sunday and installed the entire thing all by himself, he also fixed a sink for us, he was amazing! Teri was always going to bat for us with everything behind the scenes with the other agent and the people from the buyers loan office. They were right there with us every step of the way, they gave us ideas on how to prep the house for an open house, they talked with us over the phone when we gave a counter offer, William was there with a professional photographer to take the listing pictures, and William was there for the first and the final walk throughs. Any time I needed to talk to them they were easy to contact via text, call, or email, they are right on it every time! My wife and I just can't say enough how at ease they made us feel and would use them in a heart beat in the future and will recommend them to all of our friends. The team handled the sell of our starter home and the entire process was nothing short of excellent. Their real estate knowledge is accurate and precise and that is what I was looking for while selecting an agent. They always presented their views and opinions but left the decision makings to myself. Clearly, they were not after a quick transaction but rather one that their client is looking for. Since we were living in the property while being on the market for sale, it was challenging for potential buyers to view the property. The team was very accommodating and patient in scheduling such visits. The team is a professional, knowledgeable with high ethical standards.

A LOT of research was done before listing this property. The Trust looked for an Agent who was recently more than just successful - based on current local sales. Teri and William won hands down! Past and recent local sales were researched and reviewed carefully, on the internet. The Trust had already done a lot of prep work to get this Condo ready to sell. New amenities in the Kitchen and Bathrooms, obvious repairs were completed beforehand. The Trust was further willing to rebate up to $10K to the Buyer, with a higher price tag. When Teri and William came for the first visit, they made several suggestions for additional changes, in lieu of a rebate; and later they easily implemented them. When I asked Teri how much they could list the property for, without batting an eye, Teri stated $395,000! The Trust signed their contract to list 258 Teague at a slightly lower price - $394,800. Over two months, several viable offers were tendered from Buyers, but were below the Trust price. After one great deal fell through because of the appraisal, the very next day Teri and William received an all-cash offer, $200 OVER the asking price! For the very $395,000 Teri had confidently predicted initially! And it closed on Friday the Thirteenth, coinciding with the 111th birthday of the Trust Owner! (RIP) How is that for Magical ! Terri and William were very easy to work with. They bent over backward to make this sale successful. I was VERY happy with how HARD they worked, how they handled their end of the contract, how tolerant (of my ignorance) they were dealing with the complications of a Trust, how easily they accommodated Seller requests & requirements, and how cooperative they were, getting this property closed. For Teri's Magical figure of $395,000 ! If you are considering Buying or Selling real estate in the San Gabriel Valley, call Teri or William, before you commit with anyone else!

Teri and William were awesome to work with, they helped me buy and sell our La Verne home back in 2005 and when we were ready to sell our home in La verne and move to Florida in Sept 2014 I called them. We listed our house and sold within two days. They were so great though the whole process, they handled everything for us, it went so smoothly and we closed within 30 days. Teri and William provided outstanding service both in buying in 2005 and selling this year. The sale began with meeting at the property, where their advice helped in preparing the condo for showing. They quickly followed up by bringing a photographer who took amazing photos and had posted immediately. This resulted in multiple showings within the first week and an accepting offer within 10 days. Throughout the escrow process, Teri and William kept us informed of every detail and were always available for questions or concerns. The entire process was excellent.More than a relator, they have been like family. They worked for my parents in the buying and selling of their San Dimas home. Likewise they both bought and sold our Diamond Bar condo. Their personal touch is amazing.

Teri and William know what it takes to close a deal. Not only are they very easy to work with, they are also very knowledgeable in the process (this is not so true for many others). My transaction had all the ups and downs, however Teri and William were definitely the shock absorbers smoothing out the ride.
