I have lived in the North Atlanta area many years and love helping clients with all aspects of real estate. I actually met Theresa when I was purchasing a new home. I was so impressed with her knowledge and warmth that I actually had her and her partner list my house. She did a wonderful job negotiating as I had three offers within 10 days. It was a little stressful selling because I had already put a contract on the buying end. Her calm demeanor and knowledge put me at ease in a stressful situation. It was a great experience working with Theresa. Not only is she a great real estate agent, she is a wonderful person.
