We are so happy we found Tiffany to be our realtor for our first home. Tiffany was nothing short of spectacular in every step of our process for purchasing a home. We approached her with a rushed one to two month time frame to buy a home as our rental lease was going to end, and she immediately sprung into action. Aside from thoroughly explaining the process and details to us (who knew very little about home buying), she had great connections for a lender and other parties required so we didn’t have to worry about finding trustworthy people to help us get the best deal and catch all important details. Tiffany has a lot of experience and knows the San Diego area well, so it was great having her input on the homes and neighborhoods we were interested in (we had only been renting in the area for a year since we’d moved from Northern California). We especially appreciate the care she put into making sure the homes we looked at met the needs we listed for our first home. She never pushed us toward making an offer, and was quick to set up home visits. Once we found homes to put offers on, she had great strategy for our offers but ultimately left the decision on details up to us. Through her own network of realtors and her personal knowledge of the housing market, she made excellent recommendations on how to make our offers even more competitive. Tiffany was very present and supportive during the escrow period. She gave us a thorough and accurate summary of what to expect, which helped us get our documentation and other information organized early. She also checked in often to make sure we were on track and to answer any questions we had. This helped us to close escrow on time and helped us feel stress-free while doing so. For all of this, we highly recommend Tiffany.
