We are empty nester retirees who wanted to downsize, but our very reputable broker was not making any progress, so I replaced them with Tim Fueling who is much more energetic, tenacious and driven to succeed. He diligently did all the usual things that it takes to get a house sold, and he was exceptionally good at sizing up a potential buyer and determining what it took to make the sale. We got close to asking which we were happy with given the market conditions.
