Todd Hamilton

Todd Hamilton was one of the best realtors that my husband and I have ever worked with. We were moving from out of state, and could only come in every couple of weeks. Todd regularly sent us listings and then had appointments set up for every property we liked every time we were in town. We had seriously high standards for what we were looking for, and he showed us many properties to help us find the home that we were looking for. Once we found the home that we wanted, he worked diligently to help us close as there were "challenges" with the sellers and their agent. We would heartily recommend Todd Hamilton to anyone looking for a buyer's agent.

After my mother passed away, I interviewed a few agents in order to sell her home in a 55+ over community and chose Todd because he loves working with older buyers and sellers. I was the executor of the trust, so it all fell upon me to take care of things. There was a lot of turmoil in our family but Todd never failed to listen to my ups and downs every time he called, even though that wasn’t part of the contract! Prior to the house closing, after the inspections, a lot of things needed to be done that affected the bottom line and Todd never failed to call immediately and explain it all even though he wouldn’t know if I’d be in a good mood or bad mood, as my emotions were all over the map. I completely respect a man that calls a woman in distress with bad news, repeatedly, without getting upset or getting angry. I was on an emotional roller coaster and Todd handled it very, very well. I highly, highly recommend anyone that needs to sell or buy a house to get in contact with Todd. You will be very happy you did.
