Arno and Tricia are miracle workers. My wife and I were introduced to Arno in late 2016 when we were looking to buy a house. They both worked hard for us but unfortunately, things went awry in escrow and we had to pull out. Fast forward a year later and we're in the market again. We felt obligated to use a family friend, and while she was great, she just couldn't close any deals for us. We submitted 5 offers but we lost every single one. We felt something needed to change and out of the blue, we got an e-mail from Arno checking in to see if we were in the market again. We felt it was a sign. We called Arno the next day, explained our situation and got started almost immediately.We viewed a handful of homes but none of them really stood out. Inventory was very low at this point, so it was slim pickings. After a couple of days, a fixer upper in an area we really wanted popped up. Apparently it had fallen out of escrow and was available again. We set up a showing the very next day, and after viewing the property, we wanted to submit an offer. We pulled away from the house but Arno stayed back to talk with the selling agent. An hour later we got a text from Arno saying 2 or 3 more people that stopped after we left, and they had already received several offers, one of which was a cash offer. Our hearts sank when he said that because we know how tempting cash offers are to sellers. We submitted our offer anyway and hoped for the best.A couple of days later we checked Zillow and noticed the property was no longer available. We assumed we didn't get it and accepted the fact that we would have to keep looking. Arno called shortly thereafter to let us know the seller would give us a response soon. I shared what I found on Zillow and that's when Arno broke down and gave us the great news... we got the home. We spent 3 weeks with our previous agent, submitted 5 offers and all were rejected. We spent a few days with Arno, submitted 1 offer and we got it. And we were up against an all cash offer. If that's not impressive, I don't know what is.He stuck with us the entire way. After the inspection, we found out the roof would have to be replaced. Before we even said anything, Arno was already on the phone (while he was out of town) working to get us a credit. Ultimately, he got us a $15,000 credit from the seller... even though the property was sold AS IS. We cannot stress the importance of having a great agent by your side as you navigate the real estate waters. Arno and Tricia are amazing. They're honest, sincere, professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and just great people. They care about their clients, and they will always look out for your best interest.

Arno & Tricia are an amazing team that have their clients' best interests in mind! My husband & I were looking to buy our first home together, and with the help of Arno & Tricia we found the perfect house, within our budget, and in a great part of Lakewood! Arno is incredibly thorough with acknowledging and seeking homes that really have all of the "characteristics" you may be looking for. Our list included an older home from the 50's-70's, a large backyard, little to minimal interior remodeling required, hardwood floors throughout, 3 bed, two FULL bath, and within our budget. As difficult as this may seem, he found a home with ALL of these specifications, and we are now happily installed! Arno & Tricia frequently updated us with new homes available in the areas we were looking, and upon visiting many of the homes was always open and honest about his thoughts on the venue. Examples include if a home would be hard to possibly resell at a later date related to location, layout problems, price comparable to market, etc. as well as many other technicalities that as first time home buyers we may not have known or fully-understood. When we found our perfect home, he critiqued and analyzed it well to make sure it truly was the best fit for my husband and me based on his understanding of our relationship and our future plans. I would place all of my home buying and selling trust in Arno & Tricia. Without a doubt they are whole-heartedly trustworthy, and I am so grateful they were our realtors.

Arno and Tricia are absolutely amazing! They recently helped us sell a rental property. They educated us on what rehab costs would justify a higher selling price. They also managed the rehab process and staging. They educated us on comps and how we should price it. Once we opened escrow, I realized how valuable they were. We had several things pop up that typically would delay closing. They solved everything without a hitch and we closed on schedule!!! In addition to making the purchase or sale process run smoothly, they are the most passionate and caring realtors I know. I feel like they were more excited when it sold than we were! Team Arno and Tricia in my opinion is in a class by itself. They were so patient with us when we were trying to move from LA to Irvine. Really listened to our needs and carefully tailored the search to fit it, so our search while extensive, was very effective in finding our ultimate and forever home. very professional, and reasonable negotiator as well. It was the second time we dealt with Arno & Tricia to find a rental in Irvine/Tustin.The first time, 3 years ago, we just arrived from France and we knew nothing about Orange County or "rental things" in the USA.Arno helped us to define our criteria and in 2 weeks we signed a rental in a peaceful neighborhood.Since then, we stayed in this house but now, we have to move out because of a newborn to-go, that means a bigger house.We were looking for a new rental in Irvine or Tustin.Arno and Tricia sent us a list of houses matching exactly the different criteria we were looking for. We selected the ones we wished to visit thanks to the descriptions and photos they shared with us. They then organized visits during the next weekend (5 houses in a few hours). Arno and Tricia are one of the realtors suggested by the French consulate and for expatriates like: us a unique chance to really understand how the realty market is running. Actually, they were the only ones who really care about us "in person", for they proposed a face to face meeting to get to know each other and really get to understand our expectations. My wife and I sold for higher than what we offered and couldn't be happier!Once we decided to sell our house we consulted with Arno and Tricia who expertly designed a custom game plan. We were coached on what to move out of our home and where to move things already in our home so it shows as best as possible. They are experts in staging! They brought in a professional photographer and used the shots to produce a brochure that made my wife and I question why we would move out of such a nice home. Arno and Tricia worked many hours hosting 2 open houses and guiding my wife and I through the filtering of offers we received. They understood how emotionally taxing it is for a family with young children to endure the whirlwind the ensues after a home hits the MLS. I believe this is my first yelp review, but I felt like I had to write one endorsing Arno and team. Arno came recommended to us from my friend/mortgage broker back in 2013 when my wife and I were looking to move from Culver City to Huntington Beach. Over what must have been 6 weekends, we drove down and Arno showed us countless homes around our price range. What I appreciated is he never once tried to convince us that a house we saw that we did not like was for us. The day we showed up at the Open House for the home we eventually purchased, we met Arno after he had already walked the home. He came outside with a big smile and sure enough it was a home run. He recommended that based on supply in the market that we would need to come in over asking to even have a shot. Sure enough, ~14 offers including 3 at the price point we offered came in within I believe 5 days of the home being listed. Despite not having the best offer terms (debt versus cash), we were accepted based on how Arno represented our offer. This was my 2nd property I have bought, and Arno was far and away superior to the agent I had used previously. He makes you feel like you are part of his family and his knowledge is second to none. What is a high stress transaction was much better because he was involved. He also knows a great handyman that has been extremely helpful a few times.
