Victoria did a fabulous job for us as first-time homebuyers. She is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and trustworthy. She made sure she understood what we were looking for, and she was proactive in finding houses that were about to come on the market. She was very patient throughout our search and never pushy. We definitely felt like she cared more about us being happy than about her commission. She had the expertise to help us craft a competitive offer that was accepted in a multiple-offer situation. We couldn't recommend her more highly!

We would highly recommend Victoria and Sincera Properties for anyone looking to buy and/or sell in Northern Virginia. We did both with Victoria and were extremely happy that we did. Victoria was able to provide helpful suggestions on readying our house for sale and helped with some simple staging which made our home look amazing. This combined with her marketing skills allowed us to receive an over list price offer in the first weekend!! Victoria also did a great job helping us buy our next home. She was able to help us negotiate a great deal and helped us to navigate the different inspections and forms with ease. When we decided it was time for our family to move to a bigger home, we started out overwhelmed by the process. Victoria came in and showed us what we could quickly and easily do to make our home most marketable, and got our home listed very quickly, even coordinating details almost daily while on vacation! She worked hard to communicate honestly and was readily available to answer our many questions. She sold our home quickly and made sure we had an offer we were happy with!! On the buying side, we really had no idea where we were looking... We were more driven by our wants and budget. Victoria was so flexible as we worked through options, and spent time with us in various areas so we could figure out what we really wanted. We ended up needing to put three offers in before we finally got the house of our dreams and Victoria negotiated each one with skill, taking the time to really walk us through our choices. One of the biggest pluses of working with Victoria was that in addition to being knowledge about real estate she also offered great advice on local contractors and styling tips to help us both get the most out of the home we were selling and love the home we live in now! Our experience was truly a pleasure and we would definitely work with Victoria again!

Full disclosure, Victoria is a family friend. My wife and I were getting ready to put our Aldie townhome on the market. My wife is a stager and I'm pretty savvy so we thought we could do it ourselves and save some money. Luckily Victoria talked us out of it before we went too far. If you're looking to sell, don't do it alone. Get an agent. Get Victoria. You'll have enough to worry about with moving. Victoria made the process simple and quick. Marketing materials were fantastic and prompt. Open houses went smoothly with consistent feedback. Negotiations went well and Victoria guided our home from listing to close in just about a month and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Victoria is an experienced agent who can navigate the sales process better than you can. You need her.

Victoria was very kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Even when things got difficult towards the end (through no fault of her own) she still carried on with a positive attitude and a smile. She is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the complicated process of buying my first house immensely easier. I am absolutely blown away by Victoria's ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm and professional throughout. I had issues from the very beginning with this sale from current renters not allowing ANY pictures to be taken to a management company that was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. To make things even more difficult, I live thousands of miles away and trusted Victoria 100% to get the job done. She is determined!
