He was always available when we needed him, returned calls promptly and worked his schedule to fit when we could go and look at properties. Wade Lester worked very hard to find us the perfect house ... and he did! After the closing, we had some issues related to the seller and their agent. From the very first day we met Wade, we were impressed with him. He was very polite and personable. He not only knew about the houses we were looking at, but he also knew about the neighborhood we were looking in. He was able to tell us if the home had a solid structure or not. Because of his construction background, he was able to tell us if something was worth putting the effort into it or not. He did all that and still let us make the final decision. He was available to us when ever we wanted him to be. He showed us every home we wanted to oook at and if we did not lije the neighborhood, he just took us to the next house. My fianc and I were looking in an area were the inventory was limited in our price range. Wade was very helpful in suggesting alternative areas for us however we ended up finding a home in our preferred location. Wade was always easy to get ahold of via text and very responsive to any and all questions we had. A great house came on the market one night and he was able to get us in to view it the next morning. He new it was going to sell quick so he worked with us to quickly get an offer in. We ended up losing the house to a bid far over asking price but shortly after found another house with lots of potential. Wade referred us to several different contactors/companies that could help us through the renovations that needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable about the area and always had answers for all of our concerns during the buying process. He uses a network called dotloop to so that we could easily share documents and sign them electronically. This made the made the buying process a lot easier and quicker.

I recently experienced something that, unfortunately, is all to rare today; great customer service. My family and I needed to sell a rental property very quickly for cash flow purposed. The property needed updating and some structural work for which we were unwilling to pay. We announced that we wanted to sell to someone who would buy it an flip it as an investment. Enter Wade Lester. Wade responded and in great detail laid out exactly what he'd be willing to pay and why. He described the areas comps, the average price per sq. ft., as well as the anticipated cost of updating and repairs. Ultimately we could not accept his offer, but that's when the real customer service began. Knowing that our requirements we very tight Wade offered to assist us by reviewing offers and helping with documentation all at no charge. I have had an amazing experience with Wade Lester and his team. We worked with Pamela Hughes and due to her hard work we will be moving into a home we love in two weeks!!! We are renting with an option to buy and we plan to exercise our option in a few months. Our option price is at a price we are very happy with. We are beyond excited! Three months ago we never thought this would be possible. My husband and I are first time home buyers and had originally planned to rent for 2-3 years until we could get the down payment and pay down enough debt to qualify on our "forever" home. However, the rental market in PTC is quite depressing and you pay an arm and a leg for very shoddy houses. Also, the demand for housing in this area is so high, we were very afraid that we would be priced out of the types of homes we were looking for when we went to qualify for a mortgage. With the Home Partners program, we were able expand our rental options to all homes for sale on the real estate market, and the monthly rent ended up being much less than comparable houses we had been looking at. We were lucky enough to find a home that meets all of our needs and most of our wants. We like it so much we think this might actually be our "forever" home and we won't move for a while. If we do decide to move, we should have a lot of equity and we'll have a lot more options in the houses we can choose. Although any realtor can work with you in the Home Partners program, it is really important that you have someone you trust and works quickly and efficiently, especially in the Peachtree City market. I have talked with other people who used the Home Partners program who did not have great experiences with their realtors because they did not communicate with them well and did not seem to be looking out for their best interest, so I am so thankful for the work Pamela has done on this deal. She was always extremely prompt in her communication and in submitting information needed for the Home Partners program. Honestly, I do not know when she has time to sleep because she was in communication at all hours of the day. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the PTC market and gave us a lot of useful info that helped us make good choices. This kind of service is especially important in the PTC market because, as we quickly found, the housing market in PTC is quite brutal, especially in a seller's market like there is now. You really need to feel like you have someone in your corner. So we have gone from thinking we wouldn't be able to find a good house to rent in PTC to moving in the house we are going to buy which has just about everything we wanted--size, North PTC location, hardwoods, etc. We are so over-the-moon excited and want to give huge thanks to Pamela! If there are any other people in our situation, I encourage you to contact Wade Lester and crew. We did not think we had a snowball's chance of buying a house at this time because of our lack of down payment and DTI, but there actually may be many more options than you think.
