We highly recommend Will to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home. He sold our home in three days largely due to the expert advice he gave us on how to update and stage our home before it went on the market. Will and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had a few challenges in the process of selling our home and buying a condominium, and Will met each challenge with sound advice on how to overcome each obstacle. His professional manner really helped alleviate our stress during the entire process, and we appreciated his help and guidance throughout.

My house was for sale by realtors before William Steinmetz, he was able to bring in the traffic and get the house sold within a couple months. Before him, it was on the market for 9 months with no offer. Dayle, in his office, is a great communicator and keeps you up to date on what is going on. I highly recommend working with Will. He made the whole process very easy for my wife and I. He has a lot of experience and is well respected among the realtor community. He is very personable and open to talk anytime. He always kept us updated with the status of the house and followed up with all of the realtors that viewed the house for their feedback. We started out by listing the home for sale by owner on Zillow. A lot of realtors were calling and trying to talk us into listing it with them. Will also saw it for sale by owner and came by to see the house. He offered some advice on things to do to make it more presentable when showing it ourselves, but wasnt just trying to get a listing with us . We tried for two months to sell by owner with little traffic other than realtors coming to see the house. We finally decided to list it with a realtor a week before our wedding and subsequent honeymoon. We interviewed a few realtors, and decided to list with Will. We chose him because of the impression he had made on us earlier, his experience, and he was a really nice guy to talk to. He remembered the house and our names from seeing it over a month earlier. Once we told him we wanted to list with him, he drove over to the house that same day and made it really easy on us to sign the listing documents and get started. He also brought a bucket of supplies to help stage the house for selling for us that he bought out of his own pocket. The next day (a Thursday) we had a For Sale sign up, and by the weekend (we were getting married) we already had several showings. The next week we were on our honeymoon and had more showings. Will kept us updated, but tried not to interrupt our honeymoon. When we came back, he worked around our schedules to fit showings in. We got a few low offers, but Will knew the house was worth more and we countered the offers. We ended up getting a full price offer in November, and we accepted it. Will helped with the appraisal and inspections, and we got a week from closing and the offer fell through due to an unfortunate event on the buyers side. Will didn't panic. We re-listed the house and again got a lot of traffic and lots of offers within the first week. Will worked with the potential buyer's realtors to get the price we wanted, and ended up countering one of the offers to match the previous full price offer. He then again helped take care of the appraisal and inspections. We closed in the end of February. We recommend Will with our highest respect and gratitude for such a great experience selling our home. Wills character, integrity, and honesty is something we cant say enough about.
