My wife and I are very happy to have gone with Zach to buy our home! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and made everything easy for us as first time buyers during the whole process, not to mention he got us our house $20k lower than asking! We spent over a month and a half searching for the right home for our family. From day one, Zachary Bach was ready for the challenge. The first step he took sent us to an amazing lender who was very knowledgeable on VA loans, and had us preapproved and in a good target price range. Zachary took us to over 25 listings and worked with us through a couple offers and he contacted me every day to update me on the process and help us negotiate our offers. He also had us in some homes for viewing less than 24 hours after they listed to ensure we had the best opportunities. His team stayed in contact with me constantly throughout the escrow process, and we were able to successfully close on time with no issues. Zachary also followed up after closing to ensure we were settling well and that we were happy with our home. The entire experience was more than we expected from any agent and we would recommend him to anyone ready to buy or sell. We hope to work with him in the future
