All Realtors are not created equal! Noelle was recommended to us by a friend, after we had to terminate our contract with 2 agents prior to her. She truly went above and beyond what was required of her. Being more than 6 hours away means that communication is essential and lack of it is extremely frustrating. Noelle was always available to us by phone, email or text (this is, in part, where prior agents failed) to keep us in the loop. The house had been a rental, and we hadn't lived in it in more than 5 years. It needed work, which Noelle not only helped coordinate and follow up on, but she even cut our thigh-high grass on closing day just to make sure it got done! Who does that? 5 stars seriously isn't enough for the nightmare of a ride we/the house put her on. Truly grateful! She's a gem!

Noelle was AMAZING! I don't know what we would have done without her! She was always available when I needed her for showings and questions I had. Noelle Donovan and her team are top notch when selling a home. We were referred to her by a family member and very thankful for that. We currently living just outside Chicago and had a house in Concord, NC that we wanted to sell. Noelle knew EXACTLY what to do so the house would be ready to sell quickly as possible after our renters left. Noelle has top notch personal contacts who made necessary repairs to the house for a VERY reasonalbe price and a quick listing. Her and her team did such a wonderful job we had multiple showings along multiple offers within 4 days at or very near asking price after previously listing for 3 months and getting no reasonable offers. Noelle expertise even led to a buyer signing a backup contract in case the original contract fell through. Noelle and her team made themselves available at any time of the day and any day of the week to calm any fears we had or answer any questions. This team put in an unbelievable effort in closing my house with MAXIMUM profits made. Throughout this whole process it felt more like Noelle was a friend and not just our realtor. I would happily refer Noelle and her team to any family or friends I have in the area there.
