If I could give zero stars I would. If you are looking for a realtor that looks out for his clients, is responsive, ethical, and makes house buying/selling a breeze - it's not Joe Nguyen from "Trulantic." Due to his lack of responsiveness, closings have been delayed. He doesn't fully tell the truth to his clients and you'll find that you might be selling your house for a lot less than he advised. Good luck trying to get him to respond to emails and phone calls as well. He talks on "behalf" of his clients and makes promises that they don't agree or follow through with. Be careful. There are thousands of realtors in NC and SC, trust me, save your stress, your money, and your sanity and find someone else.
