Andrew is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He communicates clearly, acts fast and always knows the right thing to do and the right people to work with. I was most impressed early on when he helped us make the decision not to buy a house we really wanted. Rather than looking at the sale, he was looking out for our best interests - something you do not find very often. On top of everything else, Andrew knows houses and is able to quickly identify potential pitfalls as well as great opportunities. I could not recommend him more.

Andrew is a very on hands realtor. He did it all. From finding exactly what I was looking for and also went to homes that I picked out that werent the best, to finding the mortgage companies or banks that dealt with the crazy places I wanted to buy. (Foreclosures and rehab homes). All around great guy!!!

From the first time we met Andrew we were 100% confident in his ability and that he was truly on our side. His patience and persistence found us the home and his negotiation skills and process expertise enabled us to purchase the home. He explained the entire process in detail and made sure we were perfectly comfortable at every step of the home buying experience. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Andrew and how crucial he was in purchasing our perfect home. He is extremely approachable, professional, patient and persistent. Andrew was great. He got us our new house $15k below asking price with a contingency bid. Very impressive! And then was able to sell our existing house at FULL PRICE in under two weeks to fulfill the contingency offer. Very stressful, fast paced transactions but he made it go so smoothly.
