I recently sold and bought a home with Jason. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He was professional and very good with all negotiations. He always responded immediately to calls, texts, or emails. While we often gave him short notices on houses we wanted to see, he was always reliable and able to help. He even provided us a list of contractors for anything from roofing to landscape. My wife and I had been searching for our first home as a couple, and had been working with another realtor from a well-known real estate agency. That realtor made us feel rushed during the home search on several occasions, and we even felt pressured to buy a house which had been advertised as move-in ready, which the home inspection clearly revealed otherwise. As that relationship ended, we reached out to Jason for a replacement. My wife and I had a general idea of what we wanted in our first home, but hadn't nailed down the exact details. We knew value was important to us, but as with any other purchase where money is a factor, we had to make concessions which didn't become immediately clear to us until we had seen enough homes to realize where to make them. I originally used Jason Moon as my realtor when buying my house in Lowell,IN. The original experience was amazing, as I had so much going on with work (12 hour shifts 7 days a week) also limited time to find a house. He did everything he could to cut out the fat. Only showing me homes that fit the bill. And super quick closing to boot! So of course I used him for the sale which had to be quick (out of state family emergency) Jason once again was outstanding!
