Being a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous about starting the whole home buying process. I knew what I wanted, but was afraid I would never find anything on my wish list within my price range! After the first house we looked at was a bust, I gave Kim a list of things I was looking for within my price range and she went to work. I had a million questions and emailed her constantly, but she was always quick to respond and entertained any idea I had! She worked around my work schedule and made herself available when need be. She worked so hard to get us the house we wanted, the price we wanted, and to make it as smooth as possible. A week after we moved in we had an issue with an appliance leaking, I emailed her and she gave me all the information I needed! I would recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a home. First time home buyers especially, she'll take care of you!

Kim did a great job and was very patient with all my questions!! I was buying a home on my own for the first time and moving to a different city.
