Growing up in Louisiana, I acquired a southern charm, devotion, and work ethic that I utilized to become an Entrepreneur. At the age of 21, I opened my first brick and mortar business, a gourmet cupcake bakery named "Frosted Cupcakes" that I ran for 4 years, grossing over a million dollars in sales.
I attended Louisiana State University. While there, I won 1st place in the "Shark Tank Contest," receiving $8,000 for my business, beating out around 150 other student run companies.
I then decided to sell my company to move to Denver, which I now call home. Having a wide background ranging from tennis instruction, insurance sales, and writing novels, I decided to hone those skills to target the thriving real estate market.
While keeping everything smooth and easy throughout the contract phase, my acumen for business and negotiations allow me to be an asset and vital tool for any client. I have mastered the real estate negotiation and contract "tools" that simply put, leave more money in my client's pocket at closing!
