Hello! My name is Mary Shumate and I’m a residential real estate broker in Charlotte, North Carolina. I live in Park Crossing with my husband, who is in commercial real estate, and our two sons. As a Charlotte native I have deep market knowledge that buyers and sellers both find beneficial. Sellers benefit from my background in new home marketing with a top builder. In my role as Marketing Director I was responsible for, among other things, staging model homes.
