I was referred to Matt by someone who used him to buy 2 houses and sell one of their houses. The fact that 10-15 of her coworkers at Zappos also used Matt and his team to buy and sell their homes is testament enough that they are great at what they do. My personal experience with Matt and his agent, Jason Martinez, from the start to finish was awesome. There was no pressure, they weren't pushy or wishy washy nor were they too transactional. Instead, they provided guidance, organization, and instilled confidence. For a first-time home buyer, the process can be scary, but they made me feel totally comfortable and trusting (as skeptical as I was going into it). I think it's important to point out that I was house hunting remotely from California. We started communicating 1-2 months before I flew in with only 3 days to spare in person. I had the goal of making an offer on a house by the end of that trip. Jason helped us find a house we loved by DAY 2. That's impressive!
