Eric was selling a house in my neighborhood and knocked on my door to give me a flyer about the upcoming open house. When I asked him why he was giving me a flyer, he said good friends make great neighbors. Essentially he was asking me if I knew of friends whod be a great neighbor. He was asking for referrals. I though to myself, this realtor is excellent. That interaction began a friendship and when I am ready to sell in the future, Ill contact Eric. Because he is about relationships and excellence.
