Phil Bick

Phil has always been a results-oriented business executive, having spent the past 7 years as a CPA in public and corporate accounting roles in the Charlotte, NC area. He acquired and managed a string of rental properties in Charlotte. While accounting was his vocation, real estate was his passion. When the opportunity to join Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty in his hometown of Chapel Hill arose, he knew the opportunity was unique. Phil understands the value of having a trusted agent on your side with knowledge of the local market. Phil brings energy and an analytical focus to real estate and is excited to help with either buying or selling your dream home. As a Chapel Hill native, Phil graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and completed his Master of Accounting at UNC the following year. In his spare time, Phil is an avid golfer and enjoys fitness, travel, and being outside with his dog Otis.
