Regina to explore the option of purchasing a townhouse. I was concerned about signing a lease on an apartment with a roommate and being responsible for the full amount if that roommate did not pay their share. We considered the option where the lease is just for your bedroom and shared access of the common areas. My concern with that option was the lack of control of who my daughter may be living with. With Regina's assistance, we found that we could purchase a townhouse in Merestone for what we would pay to rent elsewhere. Merestone is a quiet, safe community. Being 5 hours away and not very familiar with the Wilmington area, Regina was such an asset. She knows the area and was able to advise on good options for us to consider for our daughter. She worked with our schedule coming from out of town. Not only is she a real estate expert, she is very personable and a pleasure to be around. I always felt comfortable asking her anything. I make very few personal recommendations. I take that very seriously, but Regina has my stamp of approval. I would never consider using anyone else to buy or sell in the Wilmington area. I trust her completely. Since our purchase, our daughter has graduated. Our son decided to also attend the University of North Carolina Wilmington and has used the townhouse.
