Very positive experience working with Rob Nichols on our NC coastal house hunt. We first looked over a wide area from Havelock to Edenton / Elizabeth City before settling on OBX to focus the search. Rob (and Stephanie also) was very helpful as we weighed the pros and cons of each area, including when we focused on North to South OBX. After our initial visit over xmas break we then did a bunch of virtual showings with Rob enabling us to quickly rule properties in or out for further consideration and ultimately making an offer. The honesty and transparency about actual observed property condition and expected repairs / maintenance needed were important. Rob was also very supportive during the offer to closing process with all the nuances involved in making sure the multiple inspections were done, along with all the contacts needed to transfer over utilities and services from the old to new homeowner. Very responsive to phone email text all hours. Courteous and professional. Highly recommended.
