She honestly found my wife and I the house of our dreams. We started the process half heartedly looking for a new home as we lived in a nice home already in a great neighborhood and a great town. Sharon understood the level of urgency we had in finding a new home (medium at best) and never tried to push us into anything that did not make sense. She also had a great feel for what we were looking for and while she wanted to make sure she showed us the inventory that met our criteria, we were always on the same page as to whether it was the right home for us. Our urgency changed the day we walked into our new home. I think all three of our mouths dropped when we entered the home for the first time and we all new it was for us. The negotiations we not easy, but this is where Sharon showed her amazing ability to always exceed our expectations. The easiest way to describe her style is that she was always on our side. She not only looked out for us, but she listened to our points, added her own, but always left the decision to us. Once we signed the offer for our new home, Sharon went into sell mode on old house. She quickly sized up the marketplace, told us what we needed to do to make the place easier to sell (luckily it was not too much work) and then she helped us understand what prices might work in the market. But in the end, she let us make the call as to what we put in on for. It sold quicker than I could have ever imagined and i can honestly say that I did not feel as though we left money on the table.We not only consider Sharon our agent, but our true friend.
