Terri Turner took the situation in hand, developed an intuitive understanding of what we were after, and narrowed down all the bewildering options to something that perfectly suited our needs. Terri gets it. Then she was tough as nails on our behalf during the negotiation and buying process.She understands the business, understands the market, and understands buyers and sellers as people. She's patient, doesn't get flustered in tense situations, and has a great sense of humor - and trust me, when you're buying a house, sometimes you really need somebody with a great sense of humor.I've recommended Terri to many of my co-workers since we bought our house, and I'd recommend her services to anyone without reservation.

Her Skype walkthrough made us feel like we were in the home, and she knew exactly what to look for. She was always available to answer any questions from the first tour through closing and even through renovations afterwards. In this market, you need a realtor that is your advocate, and Terri was this and more!
