He is a Fraud...gave him $300 for deposit on a apartment in Fitchburg mass 2 weeks ago and he never got back to me! Do NOT trust this man.

as a single mother of two young children this man has now taken two months worth of food off my table. has not responded to my emails or phone calls nor has he responded to my text and as i sit here writing this i recall his quote (As an experienced broker since 1987, I bring a broad understanding of the real estate sales process to every transaction. My continuing enthusiasm and ability to see and head off problems (often before they happen) provides a smooth Real Estate experience for my clients.) i will never recomend any one to that office as i am learning that this man Timothy Damons can not be trusted. i can only hope that he gets brought up on charges before he really runins someone life. he is a bad agent

He had rented an apartment to my Brother in the past. He made sure that he got his security deposit at the end of the rental, making phone calls to the Landlord. Knowing the experience he had, I called him when I needed a new place. I gave a deposit and I was approved in less than a week. The apartment was ready when promised, we exchanged money and keys and I moved in. No issues and he also helped me get my service dog approved with the Landlord months after I moved in.
